“Yeah, something like that”, Agent Praxis replied weakly. “You should get out more, Praxis”, Judge Vignya advised, her tone showing understanding of his habits. “Go where? I’m only safe in TVA. You forgotten or don’t care anymore?”, he shot back.
With a concerned expression, Judge Vignya brought up the ongoing trial of Wanda-838. “Just that? I thought it’d be something bigger”, Praxis quipped. “No other way, Vignya. Wanda has to be punished”.
“Because she’s guilty or is this about something else?”, Judge Vignya pressed for clarity. “Her power, Vignya. She’s a danger to the multiverse”, Agent Praxis insisted.
“She used it to create her kids”, he added. “Which was meant to happen”, Judge Vignya countered, suggesting Wanda-838’s actions didn’t violate TVA protocols.
Judge Vignya paused, then declared firmly, “Wanda IS NOT Gurges Gigas…or whoever you fear. That dark entity isn’t here…in this universe…in the Sacred Timeline”. Agent Praxis turned away, muttering softly, “You don’t understand”.
“Maybe I’m the only one who does, Praxis. The only one in TVA who knows who you really are”, Judge Vignya said, then turned and left his office.
Agent Praxis shook his head in frustration as his comm device beeped. “Hello! …Okay, good. Wait for my signal. Get ready”, he instructed a mysterious man. His gaze hardened with determination, ready to thwart She-Hulk and her team’s efforts.
Meanwhile, the scene shifted to K.E.V.I.N.’s high-tech lair, where She-Hulk demanded he rewrite the She-Hulk: Defending Wanda fanfic to free Wanda from the TVA trial. “To you all this is just a joke, right, stiff robot!”, she snapped, her face furious.
“Life is a joke, isn’t it? Take you: a regular lawyer in a car crash, then boom, you’re the famous Hulk thing”, K.E.V.I.N. replied with his flat robot tone. “The truth is, you’re just a character in a story”, he added sharply.
She-Hulk flinched, her mind drifting, struck silent for a moment. K.E.V.I.N. hit her with a harsh truth—a perspective that could shatter or inspire, depending on how she took it.
“Meaning”, K.E.V.I.N.’s voice pulled her back. “Meaning? What do you mean?”, She-Hulk asked, her tone softening. “Every story has meaning. Good or bad, there’s always meaning behind it”, K.E.V.I.N. explained.
