My self is the best place to lean on.
If people want to hear my complaints.
Realistic thinking I will do for it.
Refusal to open up isn't such a bad thing.
Optimistic and believe in yourself about everything.
Realizing the importance of all these things is a good thing.

The people closest to us are not always the best support for our injured selves. That's because we don't fully know why they listen to us and help us. It could be that their reason is just out of curiosity. They may not necessarily be able to listen to us and give us a good solution. Therefore, it should not be easy for us to open up to others, and the best support system is actually ourselves.
