She-Hulk: Defending Wanda, Chapter 4: Wanda-838 Not Guilty...Or Is She?

“I’ve watched Multiverse of Madness—twice! And binge-watched WandaVision too!”. Jen laughed, whispering to the camera, “Deadpool?! Okay, this is getting crazier, viewers!”. Judge Vignya sighed, “This is highly irregular…”.  

Praxis merely smirked as the testimonies unfolded. When the defense finished, he stood and activated another video. “Interesting tales”, he said coldly. “But, the body belongs to Wanda-838”.

“We also have footage— including one where Wanda-838 performed a ritual to seemingly create her children. Sound familiar?”, he referenced the Westview incident where Wanda-616 created a sitcom reality that “birthed” her kids.  

The screen showed Wanda-838 chanting a spell, shocking the room. “And what if she repeats this? A future threat remains”. The footage left Wanda-838 stunned and confused.  

Jen leaned in, whispering, “Wanda, did this really happen?”. Wanda avoided her gaze, her face puzzled, then fell silent. Jen straightened, addressing the court, “Objection! That footage is irrelevant to this case—the context is different!”.  

Chaos erupted as people in the courtroom began talking over each other. Judge Vignya struck her gavel. “Order in the court!”, she declared. “Considering the complexity of this case, the trial is adjourned for three days”.  

As the room emptied, Praxis lingered, smirking sinisterly at Jen and Wanda. “I told you, victory won’t come easily”. Jen’s eyes narrowed, her fists clenching. Meanwhile, Wong, Billy & Tommy, America, and even Deadpool, stood frozen, trying to support Wanda amid the uncertainty.
