it brings me hope, this light of life

this radiant glow dispels the fear

this steadfast glow, my guiding light
in moments bleak, when tears may flow
this light of mine, it seems to know
to soothe my soul, to calm my fears
and dry the trails of sorrow's tears
through valleys deep and mountains high
this light of mine will never die
for in its glow, I see the way
to brighter tomorrows, come what may
