This Piece is Called a Sister Poem

The early twenties have hit her hard

But I know she knows that they don't hit harder than our Mom

Addendum

To the man who is now dating my sister

I know that my Dad is not perfect

But he shows my sister how a man should love her woman

And that a man should never lay a hand on her woman

He knows how happiness should sound like in her laughter

He would never forget the perfect shape of delight in her smile

He teaches her that laughter is also a love language

So, on behalf of my Dad, I would like to let you know
