Sun in the sky..... you know how I feel

Several types of birds make wonderful pets. For example parrots, canary, cockatoo, lovebirds, etc.  How does birds makes our feeling good?"

 Here we go...

Researchers at the University of Exeter, the British Trust for Ornithology and the University of Queensland suggests that lower levels of depression, anxiety and stress were associated with the number of birds people could see in the afternoon. Not only can see but we can hear their chirp at dusk and dawn.Just close our eyes and listen carefully to the beautiful birds chirp and then just relax and calm down. Slowly it may help our feeling or mood getting better.
