Demanding international Islamic education institutions have adaptive and visionary leadership management. Many institutions face challenges in maintaining Islamic values while competing globally. This paper aims to examine effective leadership management in dealing with these dynamics in order to improve the quality and competitiveness of the institution.

First, the concept of Islamic Education Leadership Management: The management concept of Islamic educational leadership includes the ability to manage the institution through appropriate thoughts, attitudes and actions. Management tasks include adjusting the capacity of the institution, creating a conducive work environment, and organizing responsibilities. Leaders act as motivators, activity drivers and policy direction setters. The quality of leadership is the main benchmark in determining whether the quality of Islamic education institutions is good or not.

Second, the leadership management competencies of Islamic education institutions: The management competencies of the leadership of Islamic educational institutions include wise nature and skills to influence subordinates positively. Leaders must be able to solve problems, manage conflicts and have social skills that support harmonious relationships with the environment. In addition, professional knowledge and competence are essential so that leaders are not left behind by their subordinates and are able to direct the institution towards success.

Third, the Decision Model of Leaders of Islamic Education Institutions: The decision model of leaders of Islamic educational institutions is a process of choosing the best alternative to solve problems, taking into account leadership factors that are able to influence effectively. Decision-making is not only practical, but can also be based on religion, philosophy, and psychology, resulting in decisions that are wise, ethical, and in accordance with Islamic values and national education goals.

Fourth, Performance Productivity of Islamic Education Institutions: The performance productivity of Islamic education institutions is determined by the effectiveness of achieving organizational goals through the contributions of its members. The main factors influencing productivity are individual abilities - including skills and qualities - and internal motivation to contribute optimally. Performance is measured through indicators of quantity and quality of work, punctuality, attendance, and ability to work in teams..

Islamic education leadership management is based on sharia values, prioritizing exemplary, deliberation, and trustworthiness. Leaders of Islamic education institutions need to have spiritual, intellectual, social and managerial competencies. Decision-making in Islamic education institutions prioritizes the principle of shura (deliberation), based on data and Islamic values. The productivity of Islamic education institutions is reflected in the achievement of the vision and mission, the quality of graduates, and the effectiveness of the program. Optimal performance is achieved through the synergy between visionary leadership __________________________
