The presentation of the General Chairman of DPP Asprindo, H. Jose Rizal, MBA in the venue of " Indonesia Islamic Young Leader Summit 2019 " attended by 56 OKI Nations at Nusantara V Building, DPR RI -- Jakarta, Â 24 Nov 2019.
Jakarta : The Rise of Young Muslim Indigenous Entrepreneurs in Indonesia was inspired by the rise of Muslim entrepreneurs, who were organization members of the Islamic Trading Union (Sarekat Dagang Islam - SDI), which was initiated by Mr. Samanhudi in Solo on October 16, 1905.
SDI was established to bring together Muslim indigenous traders, especially batik traders at that time, in order to compete with large Chinese traders. At that time, merchants of Chinese descent developed and had higher rights  and status than the Dutch East Indies government, which government policy aroused the awareness of the natives to demand justice.
The event of the Islamic Defending Action on December 2, 2016 (ABI 212), which was attended by millions of participants, was actually motivated by economic injustice between indigenous and non-indigenous entrepreneurs who  received preferential treatment from the authorities -(the blasphemy of religion  was only a trigger)- had inspired number of Islamic informal leaders and Muslims about the need to use this event to revive the economic downturn.Â
Among the recommendations of Ustadz Abdullah Gymnastiar known as Aagym which revealed the need for Muslims to establish Islamic Bank 212, Islamic  Cooperative 212, Minimarket 212 and so on.
Many factors are currently starting to emerge and are considered to be able  to awaken Islamic civilization. These factors such as starting to increase the  number of Muslim entrepreneurs, Muslim scientists, and Islamic organizations.
The number of Indonesian Muslims, which is almost 210 million, is a super  potential market if awareness can be raised to prioritize consuming the products of indigenous Muslim entrepreneurs, so that Muslim entrepreneurs will be more victorious, which in turn can strengthen the Islamic economy, because economics is a measure of the welfare of a nation. And the economy also can raise people's welfare from adversity. Especially at this time the Sharia Economic System has  begun to be known internationally.
Recommendation On the basis of the above, we provide recommendations:
1. The economic revival of the Ummah could immediately be desired to become corporations with strong branding accompanied by a reliable marketing strategy. Because our competitors, the conglomerates, can control the Muslim population market in Indonesia, also using the same strategy.
2. Young Muslim Indigenous Entrepreneurs need to develop their mindset and  be educated to merge and build corporatization, not to compete, to kill  each other. Then we join the corporations in holding companies and listings on the trading floor. Thus our cash inflow and corporate income do not only  rely on business operations, but also on increase in stock prices
