A creative teaching practice video has been successfully produced by Herlyna Cahya Ningrum, one of the student-teachers participating in LANTIP 5 UNNES. The practice took place at SMK Ibu Kartini Semarang, a partner school that actively supports the implementation of this teaching internship program. The video showcases Herlyna's ability to apply innovative teaching methods in the classroom. By combining theory learned at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) with real classroom practice, she delivered engaging and interactive learning experiences for the students of SMK Ibu Kartini.
According to Herlyna, the teaching practice video is not only a documentation of her activities but also a form of reflection and evaluation. "Through this video, I can see what has gone well in my teaching and what I need to improve in the future. It also serves as a portfolio for my professional journey as a teacher," she explained. The LANTIP (Latihan Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan) program itself is a flagship activity of UNNES that aims to prepare student-teachers with real teaching experience. In its fifth implementation this year, LANTIP 5 involves collaboration with various partner schools, including SMK Ibu Kartini, which has consistently welcomed student-teachers to practice and develop their skills.
