Jakarta, January 22, 2025 -- AIESEC in IPB proudly presents Brights! 3.0, an inspiring and comprehensive initiative designed to enhance education and literacy for children, especially those in orphanages. This program combines engaging activities with meaningful impacts, building on the success of its predecessors while aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 4 (Quality Education) and 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
What is Brights! 3.0?
Brights! 3.0 is a four-week hybrid program that offers participants a transformative experience. By integrating workshops, mentorship, and hands-on activities, this initiative aims to:
Inspire Leadership Skills: Through interactive and empowering sessions.
Promote Education and Literacy: Especially for underserved children.
Cultivate a Love for Reading: With creative and interactive teaching methods.
Foster Local and Global Connections: Through collaborations with orphanages and
networking events.
Program Highlights:
Brights! 3.0 introduces a rich blend of theoretical knowledge and practical applications to create lasting impacts. Each week is structured to achieve specific goals and provide a dynamic learning experience:
Week 1: Laying the Foundation
Welcoming Party: A vibrant session led by Muh. Chaidir Ali to introduce volunteers to the program and establish connections. Participants discuss the goals and importance of the project.
  SDGs 101: Luthfi Ridzki Fakhrian delivers an insightful session exploring SDGs 4 and 10, highlighting educational challenges in Indonesia and strategies to address them.
Investing in YOUth: Muhammad Fadli presents a leadership workshop emphasizing the role of youth in advancing education and equity.
Week 2: Developing Skills and Building Connections
Speak Up, Stand Out: Lulu Firdausi Haqiqi conducts a workshop on public speaking and communication skills to boost confidence and effective expression.
Empathy in Action: Putri Hasna Hafidzoh guides participants in training on emotional intelligence and stress management, essential for impactful teaching.
Mentoring Space: A session where participants receive guidance from experienced mentors to track progress and refine project ideas.
Learn and Grow Camp: Tyas Fatih Patria leads hands-on training on interactive teaching methods for children, ensuring engaging learning experiences.
Project Power-Up: Ghinan Rhinda Dewi Aini supervises preparations for impactful initiatives tailored for Lentera Desa, focusing on addressing real-world challenges.
Week 3: Strengthening Ideas and Creativity
Brighter Sparks: Team bonding activities designed to enhance collaboration and strengthen group dynamics.
Building Blocks: Participants pitch their project ideas and receive constructive feedback from mentors and peers to ensure readiness for implementation.
Craft Corner: An engaging art workshop led by Sari Muktiningrum, focusing on sustainable and creative recycling techniques to inspire children and promote environmental awareness.
Week 4: Action and Reflection
Light of Hope: Delegates visit an orphanage to implement their projects, teach literacy-focused lessons, and conduct craft activities. The session includes presentations on educational opportunities for children, supported by the Department of Education.
LC2LC Networking: An engaging forum for participants to exchange insights with other AIESEC Local Committees across Indonesia.
International Networking: An online event fostering global collaboration and cultural exchange with international AIESEC partners.
Wrap-Up Wonders: Participants present their final projects and share experiences in the "Teman Desa" session. Judges Nur Indah Fajarini and Tri Dara Indah Dj provide valuable feedback and recognition for participants' contributions.
Farewell Party: A celebratory closure recognizing participants' achievements and contributions.

Brights! 3.0 features a lineup of notable speakers and mentors, including Allyvia Adzhani Saputra (Local Head of Talent Management, AIESEC in IPB), Muh. Chaidir Ali (OC President of Brights! 3.0), and experienced mentors who guide participants throughout their journey.
