The process of analyzing and processing data from monitoring and evaluation activities plays a crucial role in producing accurate and relevant information. This essay will discuss the basic concepts of data analysis, tabulation of education program evaluation data, processing of education program evaluation data, and data processing with computers, which are the main components of education supervision and evaluation data analysis. A good understanding of these components will make a significant contribution to the effectiveness of educational supervision and evaluation.
First: Basic Concepts of Data Analysis
Data analysis is the process of processing data into meaningful information, so that the characteristics of the data can be understood easily. Data analysis involves organizing data into patterns, categories, and units of basic description. This process is not only carried out after data collection, but also during the data collection. The main purpose of data analysis is to analyze the processes of a program and understand the meaning behind the information collected.
Second: Tabulation of Education Program Evaluation Data
Data tabulation is the process of organizing data into the form of tables, which facilitates further data processing and analysis. Data tabulation involves assigning scores or codes to items in a data collection instrument. The tabulated data can be in the form of quantitative and qualitative data, obtained from various sources such as questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation.
Third: Processing of Education Program Evaluation Data
