There is always a kid inside each of us. That is what I believed and what kept me watching adventure times for the last ten years. It was a long journey and I actually grow up with it. And now it is hard to believe that Adventure time actually ended its long series in its last episode on 13th episode. I wanted to say that it managed to end the series on a high note and one of the best endings possible for a cartoon , it even makes you want to have more even though you just watched it end.
It's been a long adventure for us with finn the human, and his best friend jake the dog. Ever since ice king kidnapping princess bubblegum, marcelline daddy's issues, and of course many antagonist that come to their ways (my favorite was fern). It all comes to a big ending and clash at the final battle. By the final episode, everything about the plot is almost wrapped up, but  it didn't end without  leaving some mysteries to be talked about and theorized even though the story ended. It just leave you the desire to have a sequel to explain how things have shaped up in the future.

In the finale, finn and friends must face none other than GOLB a sentient being that have been teased all over the show. It was summoned by betty in an attempt to recover simon back from ice king form. It was very touching how every character work together to sing in "harmony" and defend the earth against the "discord". I was so moved by this because it is not about finn and jake only now, it is about the story of ooo and every people in it.
Well, although somethings are lost like some people did not get screen time, lost of finn's tree house and fern. We did get so many things instead such as the relationship between people involved, which is to say that I do have suspicion about it but it is confirmed with a kiss in the last episode that marcelline and PB are now dating.I just did not expect a loud couple was born between lumpy space princess and lemongarb. For our human boy, it is hinted that he is now in a relationship with huntress wizard, though I still want him with fire princess even though huntress wizard is also interesting.
By the end of episode, we get a glimpse of what happened to the kingdom of ooo 1000 years in the future. Then, we are introduced to Shermy and Beth the Pup Princess, who live in Ooo and presumably the reincarnation of finn and jake, just like how finn reincarnated as butterfly and shoko before. The episode is such a great treat and give out so much hints to what happened to all characters after the main story end. It all ends with them going to the fern tree which have grown to be humoungous in 1000 years and taking finn sword in a similar fashion finn grab its sword in the opening, like saying that their adventure have just begun.
I wanted to cry during while watching this because not only you know that you have graduated from adventure time, you know you grow with them every time. Even finn is only 12 years onld by the start of the series and he is 17 in the end. You love the character so much that you don't want to let go and with the introduction of shermy and beth you just wantd them to find that older cast that you love in their adventure.
Adventure times will always be one of the greatest cartoon of all times in modern times, I have not felt rhis lonely ever since the end of gravity falls. I hope that it is not the end, and there will be some side projects or unaired episodes to come if possible. Either way, I will really miss this series and really recommend you to watch it and join us in epic story of finn and jake from start to finish.
