Dalam konteks psikoseksualnya, pelecehan seksual dapat mengganggu perkembangan seksual anak, menghambat identitas seksual yang sehat, dan menyebabkan konflik emosional yang kompleks terkait dengan seksualitas di masa depan. Selain itu, anak juga dapat mengalami perasaan bersalah yang kuat dan masalah dalam membentuk hubungan interpersonal yang sehat.
