survival = finding new new way ,no other choice :ready-fire-aim in-orderly action sometimes better than orderly but doing nothing
all system in society are encouraged to keep moving. changing. adapting to new situations and challenges along with the pandemic
the process of changing the social system in society needs to be continuously encouraged though a transformative communications
process.
adaptive and transformative communication is expected to achieve the "rationality" in society.

communication is the smallest unit in social system which exist and connect among humans
communication is the "operating system" by which society "automatically " produces and reproduces itself as asocial system ,communication tapes comunity memory, only communication can communicate : only communication can influence, breakdown, control, and repair communications
