Danger of School Holidays in The Middle of Pandemic

The number of active cases in Indonesia is now the highest in Southeast Asia. As a result, Indonesia is now in the spotlight of several countries because of the uncontrolled corona case.
In addition, it needs to be remembered, a higher spike in cases might occur, especially if the community decides to go on holiday during the pandemic. Although currently there is a tightening of travel with the obligation to test antigen swabs, transmission at tourist sites and so on, can still occur.
According to dr. Dyah Novita Anggraini. "It's better if you just stay at home. (It) can avoid (from the risk of) exposure to disease and the risk of meeting a lot of people at vacation spots. "
Undeniably, people may flock to certain tourist destinations when the holiday season arrives. Instead of being able to take a moment to relax the mind from the routine, this can actually increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. The

3. During the long holiday from October 28 to November 1, 2020, there was a spike in cases three weeks after the holidays, at that time the positivity rate was at 13.44 percent.
The COVID-19 Task Force Team appealed to the key to ensuring that the positive case curve for the corona virus was reducing mobility. People are encouraged to stay at home even if there is a long holiday.
By considering the various risks that exist, dr. Dyah Novita suggested that this long holiday moment should be used for quality time with family at home.
If done well, a vacation at home can be a fun moment.
You can also do activities to entertain yourself. Among other things, watching movies with family and decorating the house becomes more interesting.
