After participating in digital marketing training for 1 month at Rumah BUMN Yogyakarta (RuBY), 2 communication science students will go down to help selected UMKM social media. And 2 communication science students who collaborate with MSME Atelier Hanabira have made an appointment in person on Friday (4/11) at Toko Hanabira.
They made an agreement at 09.00 WIB, because at 10.00 WIB students and MSMEs would provide online assistance through the provided Google meet. Before waiting at 10.00 WIB, the students saw the florist who was arranging flowers and saw the catalog that had been provided by Hanabira.
At exactly 10.00 WIB, students and MSMEs provided assistance in advance which they would do for one month (November). After completing the Google meet, 2 UNISA communication science students and the Hanabira Social Media Team held a meeting at Cafe Eastern Kopi TM Seturan.
During the meeting, we were introduced to several members of the Hanabira social media team. After that, MSME explains what needs to be considered when uploading content. From clocks, concepts, themes, photos and videos. And they also presented evaluation results during October for the Instagram and Tiktok platforms.
After that, students were given assignments, for the following month, namely to distribute florist customer surveys, analyze 18 competitor accounts, collect data on campus graduation schedules in Jogja, take product photos, take part in a series of activities (decorations and workshops), and make videos.
The first meeting was very short and clear. After that, students begin to carry out the tasks that must be done first.
