The educational facilities at MRSBI are designed to support 21st century learning, including science laboratories, digital libraries, and classrooms equipped with the latest technology. In terms of funding, this program does require a larger budget than regular madrasas, both from the government and community participation. However, the characteristics of Indonesian culture are maintained through character education and strengthening Islamic values. With a management model that is oriented towards quality and modern governance, MRSBI is expected to be the driving force behind the transformation of madrasah education in the global era.

First: The Basic Concept of Madrasah RSBI (Pilot International Standard School), an Islamic educational unit that has previously completed eight National Standards for graduate competency education, content, process, educators-education personnel, infrastructure, management, financing, and assessment, then "enriched" with best practices from international educational institutions. Accelerating quality improvement, global graduates, Islamic character, innovation ecosystem. The legal basis of the MBI program is Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system and PP No. 19 of 2005 concerning national education standards

Second: National Education in the Background of the Importance of Madrasah RSBI (Pilot International School), the awareness that education is not just a process of transferring knowledge, but also the formation of a whole person who is intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually capable. Madrasah RSBI is the beginning of the Islamic command to seek knowledge as worship. The word of Allah in QS. Al-Mujadilah: 11. an agent of social transformation as well as a protector of religious values in the midst of the flow of globalization that tends to be secular and individualistic. A form of cultural adaptation of Indonesian Muslim society to global challenges. Education in anthropology is understood as an instrument of cultural transmission. strategic role as a catalyst for the development of superior human resources that support national economic growth.

Third: Standardization of the Implementation of Madrasah RSBI (Pilot International School), the curriculum as a tool to achieve educational goals always adjusts to the development of society that is always changing. The curriculum must be useful for students and help solve their problems and the problems of society. people who are in need of knowledge or science, guidance, and direction. in essence, professional teacher competence "masters three things, namely the field of study, teaching methodology, and national education insight. includes digital classrooms, science laboratories, computer labs, digital libraries, multimedia studios, prayer rooms, and student health rooms. comes from the government, independent school efforts, parents of students, other sources such as grants. focuses on the principles of good education governance, transparency, accountability, and sustainability.

Fourth: Strategy for Managing International Standard School Pioneer Madrasahs, a national curriculum integrated with international standards, such as the curriculum from OECD countries that emphasize 21st century skills. (Project-Based Learning), discussion groups, case studies, and interactive simulations that encourage students to think critically and solve real problems. have high pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. Cultural values are in accordance with financial management and evaluation of quality improvement.

Therefore, the International Standard Pioneer Madrasah (MRSBI) is a strategic initiative in the Islamic education system in Indonesia to answer the challenges of globalization and international competition. This madrasah is an Islamic educational institution that has meet the National Education Standards (SNP) and are enriched with international education standards in order to produce superior, adaptive, and globally competitive graduates. In areas such as Cileunyi, Bandung, West Java, MRSBI is an example of innovative curriculum development, the application of modern learning methods, and the provision of educational facilities that support international standards.
