Management Of Component For Improving International Islamic Education

International Islamic education faces the challenges of globalization that threaten spiritual and moral values. While curriculum and teachers are considered the keys to success, management of complementary components such as environment, special services, conflict, communication, and staffing is often overlooked. This phenomenon shows that there is a gap in the Islamic education system that hinders the achievement of holistic goals. The lack of attention to this managerial aspect has an impact on the weak effectiveness of Islamic educational institutions at the international level. This article aims to examine the importance of the management of the improvement component to strengthen Islamic education so that it remains relevant, adaptive, and able to form a generation of noble character in the global era. Which includes Environmental Management, Special Services Management, Change Management, Conflict Management, Islamic Education Communication Management. Here's the discussion:

First: Islamic Education Environmental Management; The essence of Islamic educational environmental management includes conscious and planned efforts in shaping the personality of students based on Islamic teachings to achieve noble human beings. The educational environment, both physical and non-physical, greatly affects the development of students, and in the context of Islamic education, an environment that has Islamic characteristics is the main supporter of the achievement of educational goals. The community plays a role as the center of education after family and school, so the quality of education is highly dependent on the quality of the community itself. For this reason, the management strategy of the Islamic education community needs to include building the image of the institution, increasing public trust, publication of excellence, community involvement, and active relationships with community leaders.

Second: Islamic Education Quality Service Management; Furthermore, to support an effective educational environment, Islamic Education Quality Service Management is an important aspect that focuses on quality services that are oriented towards the satisfaction of all stakeholders, including students, educators, parents, and the community. The Total Quality Management (TQM) approach is the basis for continuous quality improvement efforts through a focus on customers, the involvement of all employees, a quality measurement system, and continuous improvement. The quality of education includes inputs, processes, and outputs, with an emphasis on achieving academic and non-academic outcomes and the absorption of graduates in the world of work. In this context, Islamic education must also maintain quality standards based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, form a culture of quality in the institutional environment, adapt the organization according to developments, and maintain close relationships with customers.

Third: Change Management in Islamic Educational Institutions; In line with quality improvement, change management in Islamic educational institutions is a strategic process that aims to adapt the institution to the development of the times without abandoning Islamic values. These changes must be managed systematically so that education remains relevant and of high quality, as affirmed in the Qur'an (Q.S. Ar-Ra'd:11). Experts such as Kurt Lewin and Beckhard emphasized the importance of theory and stages of change, including motivation, cooperation, and resistance management. Good change does not only concern systems and technology, but also touches on the human and cultural aspects of the organization to realize an adaptive, superior, and competitive institution

Fourth; Islamic Education Conflict Management; However, changes and interactions in educational institutions cannot be separated from potential clashes, so Islamic Education Conflict Management is a crucial part in ensuring the continuity and stability of the organization. Conflict can arise due to differences of view, misunderstandings of communication, or tension between individuals and groups. Based on management theory, conflicts can be categorized as interpersonal, intergroup, or intraorganizational, which require handling with an effective approach. The causes of conflicts such as differences in perceptions and unagreed decisions must be overcome by Islamic education managers with good conflict management skills to continue to support the achievement of the institution's goals optimally.

Fifth: Islamic Education Communication Management; Finally, to unite all these processes in a harmonious manner, good Islamic Education Communication Management is needed as the main liaison in the managerial process. Communication management involves a structured process in the use of communication resources, including planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. The components of communication management include communicators, messages, media, communicators, effects, feedback, communication disturbances, and the environment. The communication process can be divided into face-to-face, interpersonal, and group communication. Each of these forms of communication has different characteristics, such as direct communication that allows for instant feedback. Effective communication management plays an important role in improving the quality and effectiveness of message exchange in various contexts.

The management of the enhancement component in international Islamic education is essential to overcome the challenges of globalization and ensure that education remains relevant and of high quality. Environmental management that pays attention to physical and non-physical aspects, as well as the role of the community, is very influential in forming students with noble character. Quality services that are oriented towards the satisfaction of all stakeholders and the application of the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach are the keys to sustainable quality improvement. Systematic change management is necessary for institutions to remain adaptive and superior, while effective conflict management and communication help maintain stability and improve the effectiveness of Islamic educational organizations at the international level.
