Benefits of Company Deeds Already Adjusted to OSS Requirements

'The 2017 KBLI is one of the requirements for adjusting company registration in Indonesia that must be fulfilled, especially to comply with the latest licensing system (OSS). What are the consequences of your company deed not in accordance with the OSS requirements?

One of the important breakthroughs from implementing company business indonesia through the Online Single Submission (OSS) portal is the existence of a Business Identification Number (NIB). Based on Article 1 number 12 PP No.24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services, NIB is a document issued by the OSS Institution used as the identity of the business actor. The identity of these business actors will be obtained after they register. Apart from being a business identity, business actors can also use it to obtain business permits, commercial permits or operational permits.
