With the development of technology, new challenges also arise for industrial companies, including the need to prepare superior and highly competitive human resources. Superior human resources are professional, productive, competitive human resources who are ready to face global challenges and the current Industry 4.0.Â
The human resources needed are those who are capable and skilled in managing a lot of data and understand programming languages because one of the essential objects in Industry 4.0 is machines. A competent data scientist must possess all those skills.

A data scientist must have some highly competent skills, such as the ability to formulate and develop a strategy to solve complex problems. Technically, a data scientist must be skilled in coding, statistics and have quantitative abilities to extract required data. Data scientist should also have analytical skills and be able to manipulate data in tabular form, chart or as needed in a company.
