Until now, violence perpetrated against women continues to occur in various regions. The women who become victims also range from children to adults. Most of the violence perpetrated by men because most of women are powerless or can not when dealing with men. Not only men, women also commit violence against other women. This is of course caused by several factors.
The first factor is economic. Economic factor are currently the one of the biggest factors that caused violence against women. This factor of course experienced by people who are already married. But that does not  mean that people who are not yet married do not experience this economic factor. The difficult economy makes several married couples burdened, especially when they already have children. This makes the household disharmonious and it is easy to fight. This makes some women victims of men as a result of these quarrels. Not only that, their children also can be affected, such as fear caused by their parents’ quarrels.
The second is environmental factor. This factor is arguably the biggest cause that make violence against women. We know that the environment can affect someone behaviour toward the people in the environment. A good environment can lead someone to the good behaviour and vice versa. Some places have a bad environment, like many criminal cases that caused by that places. Of course this is the cause that cases of violence against women such as rape, mugging, and so on,
The third is emotional and psychological instability. Not every people are patient and stable in emotion. There are also some people who get emotional easily when something happens to them. This emotional instability can also trigger someone to commit violence to women, start from ranging from anger, hitting, and even the worst is killing. This is done by someone because they wants to vent emotions and when someone is already emotional, they will difficult to think calmly and do things that not want to happen.
And the last factor is lust-inducing factor. This is the biggest factor that caused violence against women. This factor of course cause by men. Men often express their sexual desire to women. For men who already married, whether it is his own wife or someone else. This is done by men solely to satisfy their desire. Not only married men, but also many unmarried men like that. Even women are victims of coercion or what is commonly called rape. It could be even worse than that, after raping a woman, a man does not want the woman report it to the police and is imprisoned. In the end, a man can kill a woman after raping the woman. This is done because the man does not want to be arrested by police and avoid the punishment.
With so many cases of violence perpetrated against women, it is of course caused by several factors as mentioned above. Women are not actually used as a tool for violence when someone in angry, or as a means of satisfying lust. But women are people who need to be loved , cared for, and protected.
