3.2 Discussion
A lot of issues have been reported that the vast majority ofthe second grade at SMK Swakarsa Ruteng learners fail to achieve grammatically in acquiring English. Estimates of rate of success in adult L2 acquisition typically range from virtually nil to 5%. This might be the reason for to prefer to use the term failure to refer to this phenomenon, and she defines it as the errors fossilization lack of mastery of a Target language (TL) despite continuous exposure to adequate input, adequate motivation to improve, and sufficient opportunity to practice.
Some of error fossilization that done by the students; such as; basic verb and syntactic errors. In the basic verb the students did the errors because of they did not understand use the English in Grammar way. In fact, SMK Swakarsa Ruteng is the tourism high school. The educational culture though the students to speak English fluently. Because of the culture they are careless use the grammar of English. Usually they emphasized to speak English to the tourist (Interview to the English teacher).
In syntactic errors found in the students writing in English. The time of study English dominated by the focus of Speaking.Hence, they unless to the grammar in English. This is proved by the all of errors in writing. Usually the model of test in each examination is written down their experience when met to the tourist. The students made it into the paragraph to explore their ideas. In their found some errors dominated by the basic errors and syntactic errors.
The students error because of unless to grammar. E.g: in third singular, …may represents. It would be …may represent… They add the {-s} after the singular as the errors. Almost in speaking they could not different to the sound (-s). This indicate that they are unless in grammar. Similarly, the present participle inflection {–ing} is added to the basic verb form after the infinitive to: …to following…. It would be …to follow…. Theexamples are in the basic verb. In syntactic errors, e.g: in the determiner; …Using Indonesian film…. It would be…. Using a Indonesian film. In using pronouns also found the errors. E.g: …to find out the types of cohesive devices are used …. It would be… to find out the type of cohesive devices whichare used …
Those errors above were represent of the basic verb and syntactic errors. It was fossilized by the students in using English. The fact that found the errors and would be improve in the next. Speaking English will be understand if they use English grammar exactly.

CONCLUSSION AND SUGGESTION
4.1 Conclusion
Learner errors are an inevitable sign of human fallibility; therefore, they always exist in second language learning. They become the source for studying the system of the learners‘ L2 or interlanguage (IL).Grammatical errors that did by the second grade students at SMK Swakarsa Ruteng as the main focus of this writing.There are the grammatical errors that found; such as; basic verb and syntactic errors. Those errors became a fossilization. SMK Swakarsa is the tourism school that includes three programs, such as Travel program, Hotel program, and food science. They are emphasize speaking fluently while grammar. The purpose of this study is to describe the types of the grammatical errors made by the students of the SMK Swakarsa Ruteng of their study and to find out the frequency of occurrence of each type of the errors.
The teaher also found some grammatical errors when the students speaking English with others. An amazing and yet obvious feature of conversations is how highly structured they are. The students take turns speaking, their utterances generally address the same topic, misunderstandings are often handled quickly and easily, and so on. But equally interesting is the fact that prior to its occurrence, the course of a conversation is completely unpredictable; it is difficult to specify in advance how a conversation will turn out. Structure and order are apparent when viewing a completed conversation, but not predictable at the beginning.

They just thought that they are speaking or pronounce the words fluently.

4.1 SUGESTION
After identified the type of grammatical error fossilization done by the second grade students at SMK Swakarsa Ruteng, the writer would suggests as the following;
1.For the teacher
Understanding the grammar is main focus in teaching learning process. One point that lost in speaking English because of grammatical errors. Hence, a teacher should pay attention to the errors and could improve it.
2.For the learners
This writing is one of the source in studying English. After read this writing the students understand the errors and would be improve in communication by use English.
3.For the writer
The writing can improve the knowledge in knowing grammatical errors fossilization. Hopely that this is one of the reference to teach English as the L2.
