LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
This article aims to provide broader insight into understanding the nature, competence, leader decisions, performance productivity in Islamic education management.
Leadership Management of International Islamic Education Institutions is one of the fundamental aspects that is considered to exist to be integrated with Islamic values. This is so that the position of management's existence is not too stagnant in the planning aspect alone, but this stagnant aspect continues to strive to synergistically create learning spaces both nationally and globally.
There are several discussions in Leadership Management, namely:
First, Leadership management in international Islamic educational institutions is a crucial aspect in determining the direction, quality, and competitiveness of educational institutions in the midst of the era of globalization. International-based Islamic education is not only required to excel in the field of science, but must also be able to internalize Islamic spiritual values in its leadership process. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the basic functions of management, leadership competencies, strategic decision-making, and overall productivity of institutional performance is needed.
Second, in an international context, Islamic leadership is not only based on modern management theory, but also based on the values of the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. A leader in an international Islamic educational institution must be able to be a role model, inspire, and form a superior organizational culture while still upholding Islamic ethics and morals.
Third, Effective leadership in international Islamic education requires multidimensional competencies, including personal character and professional abilities. Core competencies that must be possessed by leaders include sincerity, honesty, trustworthiness, and responsibility. In addition, leaders must have good communication skills, strategic decision-making, problem-solving skills, and mastery of the dynamics of global education. The balance between spiritual values and managerial skills is an important basis for building credibility and leadership effectiveness.
Fourth, decision-making in international Islamic educational institutions is not only based on rational aspects, but also based on sharia principles and values of benefit. A leader is required to be fair, wise, and able to consider various aspects before determining policies.

In conclusion, with various principles and methods that are effective for Islamic educational institutions, what needs to be prepared to consider the five aspects is to continue to strive to improve the stability that exists in society today, so that everyone can feel equality and balance between spiritual values and managerial skills.
