Scholasticism is a characteristic feature of the history of medieval philosophy. There are several definitions of the typical scolastic pattern, namely:

c. Scholastic Philosophy is a philosophical system that includes the ranks of nature's natural knowledge, will be included in the form of a higher synthesis between belief and reason.
d. Scholastic Philosophy is a Christian philosophy, because it is heavily influenced by the teachings of the church.
