Pada akhirnya, kita menyadari bahwa dengan berbagai macam pendekatan yang digunakan dalam intervensi psikologis, juga model intervensinya, berikut media pemberiannya (luring maupung daring), ada satu tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Intervensi psikologis seyogyanya betujuan meningkatkan perkembangan optimal, mengembalikan fungsi-fungsi individu, semuanya untuk mencapai well-being.
