Keterampilan Politik: Studi Psikologi Organisasi

Kedua, aspek positif dari keterampilan politik memiliki implikasi bagi praktisi profesional. Secara khusus, mengingat pentingnya permainan keterampilan politik dalam kesuksesan karier, mungkin departemen manajemen sumber daya manusia harus menempatkan penekanan pada pengembangan kecerdikan sosial, strategi pengaruh, ketulusan, dan kemampuan jaringan karyawan.

Para peneliti telah menyarankan bahwa keterampilan politik dapat dikembangkan melalui program pelatihan (Ferris et al., 2000) dan praktik (Perrew et al., 2005). Mengingat peran signifikan keterampilan politik dalam organisasi, upaya dirancang untuk mengembangkan keterampilan politik para manajer dan karyawan muncul menjadi kritis untuk kesuksesan.
