Respiratory tract infections (RTIs)

Respiratory tract infections (RTIs) can affect the Uterus, throat, Lungs, or Airways.
Many RTIs get better with no treatment at kanpur famous hospital, but sometimes you might have to see your GP.

Assess if You've Got an RTI
Symptoms of an RTI comprise:

A cough -- you can bring up mucus (phlegm)
coughing
a stuffy or runny nose
a sore throat
headaches
muscle aches
breathlessness, tight chest, or wheezing
a higher fever (fever)
feeling generally unwell

Things you can perform yourself

Beverage a hot lemon and honey drink to help soothe a cough (not Acceptable for infants )

Gargle with warm salt water when You Have a sore throat (kids shouldn't attempt this)

Increase Your mind while sleeping with additional cushions to make breathing easier and clear your torso of mucus

Utilize painkillers to bring a fever down and also help ease a sore throat, headaches, and muscular pain
