Berikut tulisan suami saya yang mengalami kejadian buruk di Bandara Ngurah Rai bali gara-gara ulah staff Airasia yang menempatkannya di gate yang salah hingga dia ketinggalan pesawat.
Dear Airasia Indonesia,
My name is Matthew Glen Bigham.
I was scheduled to fly from DPS-DMK on March 21st aboard flight # QZ 520 @ 07:45 A.M..
My booking # is ZCNW7F.
I never made that flight as I waited to board at gate 6b  for KL instead of 6a for DMK-BKK.
Why?
1.No announcements were made or given from the airport or Air Asia staff regarding the flights to KL or DMK. Â
2.Nothing was  announced  for either flight by AirAsia staff in the 25 minutes as I waited at gate 6b.
3.Not ONE Â boarding call nor ONE final boarding call was made for neither the Bangkok nor the KL Â flight.
4.The flight screen  at gate 6b did NOT have the screen projecting the KL flight that was boarding.
5.I waited in the long linuep to board and the Air Asia female attendant that finally took my ticket said "This flight Kuala Lumphur-Bangkok later." Then she motioned for me to sit down in a seat.
