3. Involve in Engineering decision to decide construction steps of layer  within congested area of Vopak Terminal (Life Plant Terminal) without distributing daily operation.   
4. Create Engineer Control Methodology into Building Information Modelling system as purpose to Minimize conflict each stake holders.
