Based on religion, decisions must be fair, without favoritism, and dare to take responsibility. The philosophy of education, like existentialism, emphasizes responsible freedom. In psychology, decisions must take into account the impulses of the individual's instincts and personality. Sociology, especially the sociology of actor networks, relies on social relationships in decision-making. All of these approaches aim to ensure appropriate, fair, and effective decisions in managing educational institutions, taking into account moral, social, and psychological aspects.
Fourth; the performance productivity of Islamic educational institutions; Along with the importance of approaches in decision-making, the productivity of the performance of Islamic educational institutions is also a determining factor in the success of the management of the institution. The performance productivity of Islamic educational institutions is influenced by ability, motivation, and work environment. The ability of employees to complete their tasks is greatly influenced by their skills and qualities. Motivation, both internal and external, plays an important role in improving performance. The work environment, both physical and non-physical, also affects work productivity, especially in creating comfort and a positive work culture.
