Human rights in Indonesia have not been implemented perfectly and thoroughly. But as time goes by, human rights violations are increasingly widespread. Human rights violations can occur anywhere and anytime. According to John Locke, human rights are rights brought from birth that are inherent in every human being and are absolute.
