Muhammad Furqan Idrus Sere Mohon Tunggu... Halo, Nama saya Muhammad Furqan Idrus Sere, seorang Mahasiswa di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dengan jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Saya adalah mahasiswa dengan minat dalam manajemen pendidikan, kepemimpinan, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Saya tertarik pada bagaimana strategi manajerial dapat meningkatkan efektivitas institusi pendidikan serta pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam lingkungan akademik.

Saya memiliki minat besar dalam manajemen, khususnya di bidang pendidikan, budaya, dan lingkungan pendidikan. Selain itu, saya juga tertarik dengan dunia kepemimpinan dan strategi organisasi. Hobi saya meliputi membaca, menulis, serta mengasah keterampilan berbicara agar dapat berkomunikasi sebaik MC atau penyiar radio.

Innovation in Islamic education is a must amidst global challenges and technological advances. Weak method and management updates make Islamic education less adaptive to the needs of the times. Innovation aims to improve the quality of learning through a creative and participatory approach. This paper discusses four main aspects of international Islamic educational innovation management, namely: basic concepts, models, development strategies, and implementation processes. First: Basic concepts of Islamic Educational Innovation Management; The basic concepts of Islamic educational innovation management include the use of the environment and society as centers of learning. Innovation needs to be designed according to needs, implemented gradually, and led by visionary change agents. The goal is to improve the quality of the curriculum, methods, and management of education to be more relevant and competitive.

Second: Educational Innovation Model; The innovation model consists of four stages: idea discovery, development through trials, dissemination through socialization, and absorption until it becomes part of the education system. The success of this model depends on the readiness of the institution to accept and adapt to change.

Third: Islamic Education Innovation Development Strategy; Innovation development strategies are divided into three approaches. The coercive strategy is authoritative and tends to be rejected. The empirical-rational strategy convinces users through data and logic. The normative re-educational strategy emphasizes understanding and gradual behavioral change. Fourth: Educational Innovation Management Process and Procedure; The innovation management process includes: knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation.

New innovations can be accepted if there is understanding, support, and continuous evaluation to ensure their effectiveness in the Islamic education system. Islamic education innovation increases the effectiveness and develops the curriculum. The innovation model includes discovery, development, dissemination, and absorption. Innovation is implemented through coercion, rational approaches, or repeated applications. The innovation process includes awareness, decisions, implementation, and confirmation
