Muhammad Furqan Idrus Sere Mohon Tunggu... Halo, Nama saya Muhammad Furqan Idrus Sere, seorang Mahasiswa di UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dengan jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Saya adalah mahasiswa dengan minat dalam manajemen pendidikan, kepemimpinan, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Saya tertarik pada bagaimana strategi manajerial dapat meningkatkan efektivitas institusi pendidikan serta pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam lingkungan akademik.

Saya memiliki minat besar dalam manajemen, khususnya di bidang pendidikan, budaya, dan lingkungan pendidikan. Selain itu, saya juga tertarik dengan dunia kepemimpinan dan strategi organisasi. Hobi saya meliputi membaca, menulis, serta mengasah keterampilan berbicara agar dapat berkomunikasi sebaik MC atau penyiar radio.

The management of Islamic educational institutions with a global perspective is a strategy to manage educational resources to be able to compete internationally without eliminating local values. The phenomenon of globalization of education demands an international standard curriculum, adaptation to a multicultural environment, and effective leadership in Islamic school organizations. Therefore, this article will describe the basic concepts, characteristics of international schools in Indonesia, characteristics of SBI, and strategies for establishing international schools.

First: Basic Concept of Management of Islamic/International Educational Institutions; Islamic educational management with a global perspective aims to improve the quality of schools to meet international standards. The principle is strategic resource management with a global approach that maintains local cultural roots. In Indonesia, the policy for developing international schools refers to the National Education System Law and PP No. 19/2005, which provides a legal basis for the establishment of international schools. Efforts made include leadership management, adaptation of international curriculum, and quality improvement through SBI and MBI programs.

Second: Characteristics of International Educational Institutions/Schools in Indonesia; international schools in Indonesia have an OECD standard curriculum, use a foreign language as the language of instruction, and implement active and creative learning. In addition, the leadership of the principal plays an important role in creating an inclusive multicultural educational environment. The assessment system also follows international standards, so that graduates of this school have high competitiveness in the academic and work world.

Third: Characteristics of SBI Input, Process, Output/Outcomes; Direction includes the process of providing instructions, orders, or guidance that motivates staff to contribute optimally. Effective leadership in Islamic education involves good communication, gentleness in approach, and firmness in principle. Leaders must be consistent role models and provide realistic direction according to the recipient's capacity. The principle of direction in Islam prioritizes religious values, exemplary behavior, and policies to create a harmonious and productive work environment.

Fourth: Management of the Establishment of International Educational Institutions/Schools in Indonesia; The management of the establishment of International Standard Schools (SBI) in Indonesia involves curriculum planning, resource management, and an optimal learning environment. Active, innovative, and technology-based learning, as well as the use of English in science and technology support student development. Assessments follow international standards, producing graduates with global competencies who are ready to continue their studies or pursue careers at the international level.

The management of Islamic schools with a global perspective plays an important role in building a quality education system that is able to compete at the international level. The OECD standard-based curriculum, effective leadership, and a multicultural school environment are the main factors in the success of international schools. With good planning and management, Islamic schools in Indonesia can contribute to producing superior generations who are ready to face global competition.
