I was born in Lamongan, October 29, 1996. Currently, I live in Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia. I earned a Bachelor of Economics (S.E.) degree in the field of Human Resource Management in 2019 from Universitas Negeri Surabaya. In 2021 I completed my Masters Management (M.M.) degree in the field of Human Resource Management at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Since the beginning of 2022, I have been pursuing a Doctor of Industrial Engineering education program, in the field of Human Factors and Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. I specialize in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health and Safety. I am a young lecturer and researcher at Universitas Negeri Surabaya.
