Islamic education faces challenges in creating an optimal learning environment, providing quality services, adapting to change, and managing conflict effectively. The assumption is that good management of each of these components will improve the quality of Islamic education. The problems faced include an unsupportive environment, unsatisfactory services, difficulties in adapting to change, and conflicts that disrupt the educational process. The proposed solution is the implementation of effective management in environment, service, change and conflict to achieve better Islamic education.
Environmental Management of Islamic Education: Environmental management of Islamic education emphasizes the importance of creating an atmosphere conducive to learner development. A comfortable and supportive environment, both physical and social, has a significant influence on achieving educational goals. Environmental management strategies involve internal efforts such as arranging inspiring learning spaces and external efforts such as building positive relationships with the surrounding community. Thus, a well-managed Islamic education environment will be a strong foundation for effective learning and good character building.

Islamic Education Quality Service Management: Quality service management of Islamic education places service as a crucial factor in the success of educational institutions. Quality services are not only limited to administrative aspects, but also include interactions between educators, learners and parents. Service quality focuses on every action or activity offered by an educational institution, which is essentially intangible but has a real impact. The concept of Total Quality Service (TQS) is applied to ensure that all educational activities are carried out with high quality standards, thus creating satisfaction and trust from all parties involved.

Change Management in Islamic Education Institutions: Change management in Islamic educational institutions is a systematic process to deal with the dynamics that continue to grow. Change can occur in various forms, such as internal changes related to workforce attitudes, corporate strategic changes, and changes in technology and equipment. The main objective of change management is to help Islamic education institutions, including STAIN, IAIN, UIN, and PTAIS, to adapt to changes in the external and internal environment. Thus, Islamic education institutions can remain relevant, competitive, and able to provide quality education.

Conflict Management in Islamic Education: Conflict management in Islamic education has a vital role in advancing the organization. Conflict, although sometimes perceived as negative, actually indicates the existence of dynamics in the organization. Effective management can turn conflict into opportunities for growth and improvement. Conflict can occur at various levels, ranging from interpersonal conflicts between individuals, intergroup conflicts between groups, to international conflicts involving educational institutions and foreign parties. By managing conflict constructively, Islamic education institutions can create a healthy and productive environment.

Management of the components of perfecting international Islamic education includes management of the environment, services, change, and conflict. Effective implementation of management in each of these components is essential to improving the quality of Islamic education. By creating a conducive environment, providing quality services, adapting to change, and managing conflict constructively, Islamic education institutions can achieve optimal educational goals and produce quality graduates.
