As the biggest population Muslim country in the world, Indonesia carries the responsibility to establish an healthcare system that is of superior quality. Believing that the way of Islamic hospitality is one of a good system for activity, the need to translate system into measurable and objective healthcare quality tool is eminent, the purpose of  this method is to bring the goodness for mankind.
For example, according to Dr. Machli Riyadi book Hukum Kesehatan Kontemporer page 4-7, talks about the legal relationship between doctors / nurses and midwives with patients is the relationship in the provision of health services. Epecially in Banjarmasin city, there is one that draws attention, namely the Gadang Hanyar Public Health Center located on the Pekapuran laut road, the place which is located in the middle of the downtown Banjarmasin suburb has a predominantly Muslim community target, with friendly hospitality in the service of patients who seek treatment as well as some educational inserts in Islamic religion, the innovation of Islamic hospitality concept by dr. Muhammad Syaukani as Head of the Gadang Hanyar Goverment Public Health Center.
This public belongs to goverment health centre has just done their accreditation days ago, eventhough the large of the land of this health centre is not that big but because their togetherness of team work to clean out the place it looks like five stars cleaning result.
