The environment of Islamic society is a trap of principles or values that consists of aspects of faith, worship, morality and sharia that are sourced from the values of Islamic teachings that form an Islamic society. This study is widely explained in Al-Qur'an. Therefore, in the study of Islamic education, the community environment received attention.. The environment in the perspective of Islamic education must support the achievement of the goals of Islamic education. If the environment is not synergistic in achieving educational goals, then achieving Islamic educational goals is very difficult to do. In the perspective of Islamic education, the community environment can have a positive or negative influence on the growth of the soul and personality. Environmental influences that can occur include morals and religious attitudes. Therefore, the community environment can be one of the centers of Islamic education. The importance of personnel management in an agency is so important, so this section is the management of the perfecting component in International Islamic Education; Islamic Religious Education Environmental Management; Islamic Religious Education Special Service Management; Islamic Religious Education Change Management; Islamic Education Conflict Management; and Islamic Education Communication Management
First, Islamic Education Environmental Management
Education is a conscious guidance by educators to the educated towards the physical and spiritual development of the educated towards a better personality, which in essence leads to the formation of an ideal human being. "The ideal human is a human with perfect morals. Which is seen and in line with the apostolic mission of Prophet Muhammad, which is to perfect noble morals. Islamic Education is a process of forming individuals based on the teachings of Islam revealed by Allah SWT to Muhammad SAW".1 So Islamic Education is a process of guidance to students consciously and planned in order to develop their fitrah potential to achieve Islamic personality based on the values of Islamic teachings. Literally environment can be interpreted as everything that surrounds life, either in the form of physical such as the universe with all its contents, or nonphysical, such as the atmosphere of religious life, values and customs that apply in society, developing science and culture, and technology. Another opinion says that in the environment there are not only a number of factors at a certain time, but there are also many other factors, which can potentially affect the development and behavior of children. But actually only the factors around the child directly affect the child's growth and behavior. The educational environment is an environment that can support an educational process or even directly used as a place for educational activities. And from the side of Islamic education, "the Islamic education environment is an environment in which there are Islamic characteristics that allow the good Islamic education to be held".
Second, Islamic Education Quality Service Management
Service is a very important factor for a company, institution or organization, especially those engaged in the service sector, including the education sector. Where this physical product in the form of administrative and learning services that are offered is usually supported by various kinds of product uniqueness. The core of the product in question is usually a certain service. In the implementative aspect of the concept of quality, it is hoped that every educational unit on the formal and non-formal path is obliged to ensure the quality of education. Therefore, educational institutional quality management in essence aims to integrate all organizational functions that focus on fulfilling the wishes and needs of stakeholders and the goals of educational implementation according to their respective tupoksi. Thus, the quality of education is not a stand-alone platform but a unity that is interconnected and related as a process in a system, when talking about the quality of education, it cannot be separated from the three elements of education, namely, input, process, and graduates. "The existence of graduates of educational institutions is a human resource that becomes a subject and object of development that needs to be improved in quality through educational paths in its functions, processes, and activities that boil down to the achievement of national education goals". The purpose of Total Quality Service is to achieve customer satisfaction, give responsibility to everyone and continuously improve services, in the context of the education world, customers in it are none other than institution leaders, educators, educational personnel, students, guardians of students, committees, and stakeholders as well as continuing schools above who have certain qualifications in the selection of prospective new students, new students and new students. When associated with education, the quality of service will be related to all aspects related to all activities carried out in order to educate in an education. Quality in the field of education includes the quality of input, output and outcomes. Educational input is declared quality if it is ready to process, quality education process if it is able to create a PAIKEM atmosphere (active, innovative, creative, effective and fun learning). Educational output is said to be of high quality if the student's academic and non-academic learning results are high. Outcome is declared of quality if graduates are absorbed in the world of work, reasonable salary, all parties recognize the greatness of graduates and feel satisfied.
Third, Change Management in Islamic Educational Institutions
The definition of change management according to some experts is as follows: Wibowo, in his book defines "Change Management", Change management is a systematic process in applying knowledge, means and resources needed to influence change in people who will be affected by the process. Winardi, sees change management as an effort taken by managers to manage change effectively, where an understanding of motivation, leadership, group, conflict, and communication issues is required. Changes in Islamic educational institutions must be well managed. This needs to be done so that Islamic institutions can keep up with the development of the times, not static but still make Islam the initial foundation of the educational institution. In al-Qur'an Allah SWT has explained about the change in surah arradu verse 11: Meaning: "Indeed, Allah will not change the fate of a people unless they themselves change what is in themselves".( Q.S Arradu [13]: 11). According to al-Attas, an Islamic education reformer said that the rise of Muslims was not only started by giving great attention to education by reforming that plagiarized the Western education system and culture, something that seemed very normal. What is more important than that and needs to receive special attention is the improvement of the problem of the correct conception of science, from the university level to the secondary and elementary school levels. However, the renewal or change referred to in this paper is not an update on the knowledge but on the educational institution or the place to channel the knowledge. Where in making changes, it is necessary to have good change management so that the changes can change from what was previously there to be much better. Change is inevitable for human life. The history of human civilization has always had phases of change, as well as the history of Islamic civilization that has always faced and faced change. Rhenald Kasali wrote in his book "change" wrote that "no matter how far you go wrong, turn around right now".
Fourth, Islamic Education Conflict Management
Management in the world of education or business has an important role in delivering organizational progress. According to Nanang Fatah in his book Foundation of Education Management, management theory has a role or helps to explain organizational behavior related to motivation, productivity, and satisfaction (satisfaction). Thus, management is the dominant factor in the progress of the organization. Reviewed from the root, the term conflict comes from the word configrere or conficium, which means collision refers to all collisions, collisions, mismatches, opposition, and antagonistic interactions. Some opinions state that: Afzalur Rahim states that conflict can be defined as an interactive state that is manifested in the attitude of incompatibility, opposition, or difference with or between social entities, such as individuals, groups, or organizations. Wahyosumidjo who defines conflict in a simpler way, which is all kinds of human relationships that contain opposite nature. From the two meanings above, it can be concluded that conflict management is a step taken by managers to control conflicts that occur so that the goals of education can be realized optimally. The type and form of conflict has implications and consequences for managers of Islamic educational institutions. This is because mamajer has a functional role in managing conflict and is expected to be able to manage it as best as possible so as to produce satisfaction for all parties, especially the conflicting party. The activities or stages that need to be carried out in conflict management include: (a) Conflict analysis planning, (b) Conflict assessment, and (c) Conflict resolution. Some communication experts say that communication is "the process of sending, receiving and understanding ideas and feelings in the form of intentional or unintentional verbal or nonverbal roles". Communication management is the process of using various communication resources in an integrated manner through the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the elements of communication to achieve the goals that have been set. According to Antar Venus, in Hasmawati at.al. viewing "Communication management is the process of managing communication resources aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of message exchange that occurs in various communication contexts. The communication context referred to here means the level of individual, interpersonal, organizational, governmental, social, or even international communication"
