Small note after Worlds Aids Day 2020 celebration

I'm representing over 10 thousand PLHIV in Indonesia that are only achieve 4.5% Viral Load Suppression whereby the global target of 95:95:95 by 2025

We have emergency situation here in Indonesia :

Real situation with PLHIV in Indonesia

1. Access ARV is not reliable, some having difficulty to access ARV due to distance to clinic, location etc... especially on rural area....the distribution from the ministry of health also has some challenges
Yes ARV is provided for free but for people living in rurals area is still difficult to access. Every PLHIV in Indonesia has registration number that providing arv for those in rural areas actually as easy as dropping arv by flying pigeon..... won't cost a lot.
Or maybe they need to wait until this PLHIV spread HIV to others so they can open a new clinic, instead of serving 5people only.....or will they just wait until this PLHIV dies?

2. PLHIV in Indonesia is not yet fully comply to ARV medication. Viral load Suppression is only 4.5%.the rest don't even know what's the meaning to be undetectable.
The HIV education is far from U=U idea and people still don't have enough motivation to stay on ARV.
Any HIV education always to be connected with morality....this will let the stigma stay forever.
How can we talk about U=U, eradicating stigma if in fact more than 90% PLHIV in Indonesia still infectious??

3. Some NGO's (and stake holders)  keeping stigma so their program can be still be funded.
Why do people focus on eliminating HIV while by being Undetectable we already end HIV. Stigma is the main problem, NOT the virus....
Even Indonesia government doesn't have concrete strategies to end or reduce new HIV prevalence.
Providing good supply and distribution of ARV, providing regular VL test and campaigning U=U won't cost as much as "nonsense" programs that show only failures as results

4. HIV and PLHIV is always considered immoral, unclean, dirty even they mentioned many times (no stigma, zero discrimination) to eradicate Stigma but actually they keep it firm...
HIV still considered has something to do with morality, condom discussion is limited even condom education can be considered against the laws.
Carrying a condom can be considered as proof to be a sex worker.....what a law!

5.PLHIV is mostly"isolated" socially by their own peer support, counselor, even medical practitioners  using "wrong" term language....

Once again, I re-iterate our feel for your support furthermore.

We can not accept that in 2020 only 4.5% out of 409.857 PLHIV are virally suppresed.
Surely we can't agree with that??.....
What about global target of 95:95:95 by 2025?
