Reason Why Students Should Wear School Uniform
School uniforms are formal attire worn by students mainly for schools or educational institutions. Currently, school uniforms are a contentious issue among parents. Some parents argue that school uniforms are unnecessary, and others argue that school uniforms are indispensable for students. I personally think that wearing school uniforms is one of the rules that must be maintained and are indispensable for students throughout the school. Why do I say so? Below are the reasons.
Firstly, some people think that wearing school uniforms can make students focus on their education, not on their fashion or their outfit. If the students have the same school uniform, then they don't have to bother thinking about the style of clothes, the color of the clothes that match, and the brand of clothes to go to school tomorrow morning. Parents and students also do not spend time choosing the right clothes to go to school.
Second, the reason why students need to wear school uniforms is to eliminate social inequalities between students. The use of the same school uniform will show that all students are equal in getting the same education. The school uniform will not distinguish whether the student is rich or not and the economic class or social class of the student.
Another reason, wearing school uniforms will make it easier for parents because they no longer provide new clothes that are worthy of their children's schooling, they don't have to spend a lot of money to buy clothes that their children will wear every day. Many parents also agree and prefer to wear school uniforms to go to school because it can save their money on buying clothes for school wear.
From the reasons and the facts above, it is obvious that students should wear school uniforms to go to school because they have more advantages. Schools that wear school uniforms, should pay attention to the economic conditions of their students, so that no one feels burdened. In addition, schools can provide relief in the use of accessories to express themselves, self-image, and promote their comfort in learning. In conclusion students should still wear school uniforms because it shows their identity equally.
