The phenomenon of education recruitment and teaching staff is an important aspect of the education system in Indonesia. With technological developments and the need to improve the quality of education, more teaching staff are needed at various levels of education. This phenomenon can be seen in the increasing number of students in schools, especially in developing areas. On the other hand, the number of adequate and competent education graduates is not always proportional to existing needs, resulting in many schools lacking trained educators. The main assumption in this issue is that an increase in the number of qualified educators will lead to an improvement in the quality of education. This is directly related to the quality of teaching provided to students. Thus, if the recruitment of educators is carried out appropriately, educational outcomes will be more optimal and can reduce the gap in the quality of education in various regions. However, there are problems/gaps. Although this assumption leads to positive results, in reality there are various problems that hinder the achievement of these objectives. One of the main problems is the lack of quality of prospective educators who are accepted. Not all prospective teachers have the skills and competencies that are in line with the needs of today's education. In addition, the distribution of teaching staff is also a problem, with many remote or underdeveloped areas lacking skilled teaching staff. This has led to inequality in the distribution of education in Indonesia. Furthermore, the lack of incentives for teaching staff working in these areas also affects their interest in serving in areas in need. Purpose of Writing This paper aims to provide an overview of how to improve the recruitment of qualified and targeted educators. By understanding the existing problems and designing effective solutions, it is hoped that the quality of education can be improved evenly throughout Indonesia. In addition, this paper also aims to provide recommendations on how the government and educational institutions can work together to create a better recruitment system. Let's look at three aspects that need to be considered in efforts to improve the recruitment of educators:

First, the formulation of more inclusive policies.
The government needs to develop policies that support the equitable distribution of educators across all regions, both developed and isolated. This includes providing better incentives or compensation for educators working in remote areas or in schools with limited resources.

Second, improving the quality of the selection process for educators.
The selection process for prospective educators must be tightened and based on competence. Prospective educators who are accepted must have adequate skills and knowledge in line with the demands of modern education. This can be achieved by using a more transparent examination system based on the educational needs of each region.

Third, the provision of continuing education.
To ensure that the quality of educators is maintained, the provision of continuous training is very important. This training can include improving teaching skills, using technology in education, and developing professional competencies in line with curriculum developments and the needs of the education sector.

Fourth, improving the motivation and welfare of educators.
To attract more individuals to join this profession, greater attention needs to be paid to the welfare of educators. Providing incentives, professional recognition, and opportunities for growth are essential to motivate teachers and other educators to continue giving their best to students.

Summary:
In order to improve the quality of education, the recruitment of educators must be handled seriously and accompanied by inclusive policies, rigorous selection, continuous training, and attention to the welfare of educators. With these steps, it is hoped that equal quality of education can be achieved and the gap between regions in Indonesia can be reduced.
