I began my career in Human Resources from the bottom, driven by a strong desire to learn and a firm determination to grow. Every challenge I encountered became a stepping stone to reach the next level. I believe that understanding people, building effective communication, and maintaining integrity are the core foundations of the HR profession.
The journey has not always been easy. I have faced low points, but I turned those moments into valuable lessons and motivation to keep moving forward. The support of colleagues, guidance from mentors, and a continuous willingness to learn have all helped me progress to the position I hold today.
In this role, I'm not only manage systems and policies, but also serve as a strategic partner to management in creating a productive, fair, and growth-oriented work environment. I believe that success in HR is not just about following procedures, but about having the courage to drive positive change within the organization.

Ia merupakan pendiri Fitamom, sebuah pusat layanan dan edukasi kesehatan ibu berbasis nilai, ilmu, dan empati. Melalui perannya sebagai trainer, pembicara, dan pelatih, Fita telah mendampingi banyak ibu dan sesama bidan untuk menemukan pengalaman kehamilan dan karir yang lebih bermakna. Berbekal semangat untuk terus belajar dan berbagi, ia percaya bahwa profesi bidan tidak hanya soal klinis, tetapi juga tentang mendampingi kehidupan, dengan hati dan kesadaran penuh. Kini, Fita juga sedang menempuh pendidikan Magister Manajemen untuk memperkuat kontribusinya dalam pembangunan sistem kesehatan dan pengelolaan SDM di bidang kebidanan.
