Semangat Muda Indonesia Visits Prince of Songkla University for Youth Exchange Program

Hat Yai, Thailand -- February 21, 2025

Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Hat Yai Campus, warmly welcomed a delegation from the Semangat Muda Indonesia Foundation during a special visit held on February 21, 2025. The event took place at the EILA 5 meeting room, 8th Floor, LRC Building.

The visit began at 8:45 AM with the arrival of all delegates, followed by a warm welcome by the event's MC at 9:00 AM. A video presentation showcasing PSU's campus and achievements kicked off the formal program at 9:10 AM.

Delegates were then introduced to several of PSU's prestigious international programs. Dr. Nathika Chaiyanupong, Lecturer from the Faculty of Management Sciences, presented the Business Administration Program in Management and Entrepreneurship. This was followed by an introduction to the Creative Media and Digital Technologies program delivered by Dr. Ramchanso Awungshi Shimray and Mr. A. Kiattisak Thanasarnborisut from PSU International College.

Participants also had the opportunity to view a video on the Innovation Engineering and Management program from the Faculty of Engineering, followed by sessions on online applications for undergraduate and graduate programs, and an introduction to the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA).

A Q&A and discussion session was held to deepen mutual understanding, followed by the presentation of tokens of appreciation. Delegates captured the moment with a group photo before concluding the visit with a guided PSU campus tour.

The event was supported by PSU's Office of Global Affairs and featured several PSU representatives, including lecturers and academic officers, ensuring a meaningful and informative experience for the visiting delegation.

This visit reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to fostering cross-cultural academic exchange and empowering youth through education and global exposure.
