In the development of Islamic educational institutions, the phenomenon of weak management and leadership often occurs which has an impact on the low quality of education. Many managers do not yet understand the importance of managerial skills, leadership competencies, and value-based decision making. Departing from these problems, this paper aims to discuss the concept of Islamic educational leadership management, the competencies required, decision-making models, and factors that influence performance productivity, as will be described in the discussion of the first to fourth points below.

First: The Concept of Islamic Educational Leadership Management; Islamic educational leadership management is the process of managing, organizing, and directing all activities in educational institutions based on Islamic values. Management comes from the word "to manage" which means to manage, take care of, and organize by involving thoughts, attitudes, and actions. The main task of management is to create a productive work environment through effective resource allocation. In this context, the leader acts as a motivator and event organizer, whose job is to motivate all elements of the institution. The success of the quality of an educational institution is highly dependent on managerial accuracy in making policies and directing the vision of the institution.

Second: Leadership Management Competence of Islamic Educational Institutions; Leadership management competence of Islamic educational institutions includes the nature and skills in influencing subordinates, as reflected in QS. Al-Ahzab verse 21. A leader must be able to solve problems, have good social skills, and master professional knowledge and competence. Effective leadership also requires the ability to manage emotions, adapt to change, and build solid teamwork. All of these competencies are important to achieve the goals of the institution and improve the quality of education based on Islamic values.

Third: Decision Model of Islamic Educational Institution Leaders; The decision model of Islamic educational institution leaders involves the process of selecting the best alternative in solving problems quickly and accurately. Decision making must be based on the principle of leadership that is able to influence voluntarily, effectively, and responsibly. In addition, an approach based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology is very important to enrich the perspective of leaders in making strategic decisions, for the progress of Islamic educational institutions as a whole.

Fourth: Productivity of Islamic Educational Institution Performance; The productivity of Islamic educational institutions reflects the relationship between the quality of results and the amount of work done. Factors that influence productivity include individual ability, work motivation, environmental conditions, transparency in the assessment system, and a clear and promising career path. Performance measurement is carried out through evaluation of the quality, quantity, and timeliness of work results.

From the description of Islamic educational leadership management, it can be concluded that the success of an Islamic educational institution is largely determined by the managerial ability of its leader in managing resources effectively, building motivation, and creating a productive work environment. Leaders must have social competence, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and be able to make decisions based on religious, philosophical, psychological, and sociological values. In addition, the productivity of the institution's performance is highly dependent on motivational factors, abilities, work environment, and a fair and transparent assessment system. Therefore, a leader is needed who is not only proficient in theory, but also able to apply it in real terms in order to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions towards a better and highly competitive direction.
