Pemerintahan Jokowi-JK Belum Serius Atasi Masalah Lingkungan

Executive Director of the Indonesian Forum for Environment (WALHI), Abetnego Tarin said that up to now Jokowi-JK’s government had not seriously addressed the environmental issues which were increasingly prevalent in a number of points in the country. "At the beginning of his leadership, Jokowi went to Riau to have a close look at the conditions there and at that time he determined to tackle the environmental problems. But until now, there have been no government concrete steps, while the environmental pollution caused by forest fires is getting more serious", said Abetnego when contacted by phone by Jitunews on Friday (4/9)
