What Happen If Arc Reactor from Iron Man (2008) was real?

The arc reactor is an energy producer for the iron man suit from Iron Man movie (2008). The first Arc reactor was designed by Howard Stark and Anton Vanko, the reason why Howard Stark making arc reactor is he want to replace nuclear power with a new and cleaner method.
