Pro and Contra Sex Education In School

Nowadays,man teenagers in Indonesia are having free sex.Because of that the government begins to introduce sex education in school.However,the topic that should sex education be taught in school makes pro and contra opinions among the citizens.Although sex education in school is a good program,some people think the other ways.

The First comment to this program from the side which objects this program is that sex education is still taboo to talk in general moreover in school in Indonesian.They think that everything about sex which is spoken in general is not polite.They argue that sex education in school or in general do not reflect the culture of Indonesia.

The Second argument from that side is that teenagers still do not deserve to know anything about sex.They are afraid if the students know many about sex instead of stopping or avoiding sex they will become more eager to know anything about sex and try it.

Above is the opinion from the side which objects sex education in school.Their comment is quite logical.But the supporting side also has some good positive comments to the program.There are three opinions from the supporting side to why should sex education be taught in school.

Firstly,sex education can make students know more about their genital organs.Actually many teenagers in Indonesia do not know about their sexual organs well.They do not know about their organs function and how to take care of them,and how to keep them they will give more attention to their organs so that the organs are healthy and can decrease the probability of some diseases in their future.

Secondly,sex education can give the student the knowledge about some diseases in their genital organ.The materials of disease in the sexual organ must be told to the student because by knowing those diseases they can keep and take care of their organs well.If they have learned some sexual diseases such as aids,and syphilis they will think twice to do sex illegally because they know those illness can infect them if they do sex freely.The objective of learning of sexual diseases is to make students or teenagers afraid to do sex carelessly.

The Last reason why sex education should be taught in school is to learn the best time to do sex.Actually this is the most important materials in sex education.In this learning students are hoped to know when the best time for them to have sex,of course a legal sex.This material describes about the ideal time to do sex.If they have known this well,hopefully they can be wiser in taking a decision which determine the best period for them to do sex,for an example is a marriage

In Short,sex in school has weak side but sex education has more positive effects such as knowledge about genital body,some diseases in genital organ,and sex itself.I think that sex education is needed in school to make students or teenagers know about sex well.If they know well about sex I think they are going to be wiser to choose when to do sex.
