“Fathin Farah Fadhilah is a lecturer at the Department of Early Childhood Education, Faculty of Education and Psychology at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Farah specializes in education and developmental psychology, and her expertise includes parenting, self-regulated learning, cognitive psychology, young childhood behavior modification, children's development detection, bullying, and guidance and counseling. Farah has 6 years of teaching experience as a guidance and counseling teacher before becoming a lecturer at UNNES. She enjoys learning and helping people develop their passion. As an educator, researcher, and lifelong learner, Farah is passionate about self-development. Farah is committed to improving the field of educational and developmental psychology, especially on the mind, brain, and performance from a lifespan perspective. She has been certified as a Hypnotist, a Hypnotherapist, a Behavioral Analyst, a Handwriting Analyst, a Clinical Doodle, a national facilitator for the ROOTS Program from PUSPEKA, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, and a Wiwara Ambassador, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. She got a student exchange scholarship program from De La Salle University, Dasmariñas, Philippines, during her master's. Alongside her professional work, she actively engaged as a speaker in seminars, trainings, and workshops at provincial and national levels for teachers and parents, in collaboration with various digital education platforms such as PAUD Ceria, Atmakarta, Cerdas Ceria, and many others. She enjoys exercise, reading, and traveling in her free time.
