Jakarta, April 06, 2025- Today, I experienced firsthand the operational shift of Citilink Indonesia as the airline officially moved its domestic check-in services from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1B at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Upon arrival, I proceeded directly to Terminal 1B, where Citilink's check-in counters were already fully operational. The check-in process went smoothly, and airport signage clearly indicated the new terminal location.
This move is part of Citilink's effort to ease congestion at Terminal 3. Meanwhile, international flights are now handled through Terminal 2F.
Passengers planning to fly with Citilink are advised to go directly to the updated terminals according to their flight type to ensure a timely departure.
