It started when the semester holiday came. Of course, like the other overseas college students, the weekend is the time that we back to our home sweet home. I visited many places where new buildings were built when I wasn't there, and one of them was a Pasar Malam or Night market, which full of rides similar to, Amusement Park, Ancol. This ride  located in my hometown, Johar Baru, Jakarta. Various kind of rides were arrang  Street foods were lined up not far from the location of the night market. I have been visited the night market and rode different rides, twice.
The first time I went to the Pasar Malam  with my friend, it wasn't that challenging because he was also afraid to ride the rides, which required a bit of gut. So I decided to paint with watercolors, no less fun! The second time I went with my young cousin, it was a little bit challenging here. It was because extreme rides have been choosen to ride. the ride name was Kora-kora, It shaped like a boat that swung very high. When we compared it to Disneyland or Dufan, it seems less scary than them, because it is smaller, and the height is not too high. However, this ride was scarier because of the minimal security, squealing noises, and low price.
the nightlife in Johar Baru is getting busier with the night market entertainment. the night glistens with laughter, shouts and the buying and selling of traders becomes the background and ringtone in Johar Baru. In Brief, during semester break, I visited the newly built place near my house.
