Have you ever heard that to maintain our brain to keep healthy, we have to give it "nutrition" as well, that is by reading regularly? Perhaps, you have heard about that, haven't you?

Well, first of all, how long it takes per day or how many books per week that preferably we must read? I believe that there is no specific rule on how many pages or how many books we must read in a regular basis. To my knowledge, however, 15 minutes reading time a day is enough!

It could be emphasised here that we read for 15 minutes with full concentration! Why it has to be in a deep concentration? Actually, it has been recommended that our brain could have full concentration only 15 minutes during the reading time.

So, it seems that our maximum capacity to cope with the complete understanding through what we are reading is 15 minutes, too. Consecutively, after 15 minutes reading, what will occur? It is more likely that our brain tends to not having its maximum intensity any more.

Therefore, 15 minutes reading practice with full attention is highly advised in a day-to-day basis. You may believe or not, but this is based on a research on capacity of the human brain. Then again, basically, it depends on everyone's brain capacity to deal with it or how much reading can make them feel enjoy with it. So happy reading, acquire knowledge,  and more importantly, get a better brain health!*
